บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ของการบริหารโรงเรียนคุณธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนคุณธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน และเพื่อประเมินความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนขององค์ประกอบในรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนคุณธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research) ประชากรสำหรับการวิจัยนี้คือ โรงเรียนคุณธรรม สพฐ. ระดับ 4 ดาว (ระดับประถมศึกษา) ตามประกาศสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 127 โรงเรียน โดยกำหนดผู้ให้ข้อมูลต่อโรง จำนวน 2 คน ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน/ รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการโรงเรียนคุณธรรม รวมทั้งสิ้น 254 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถาม และการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (CFA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ของรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนคุณธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน ตามความเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์เห็นด้วยร้อยละ 80 ขึ้นไป มี 9 องค์ประกอบ 113 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนคุณธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ โดยการใช้เทคนิคการสนทนากลุ่ม มี 9 องค์ประกอบ จำนวน 104 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ 3) รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนคุณธรรมอย่างยั่งยืน ทั้งองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญมากที่สุด คือ ด้านกระบวนการบริหาร และด้านการมีส่วนร่วม (L = 0.88) เท่ากัน รองลงมาคือ ด้านหลักสูตร และด้านบุคคล (ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียน) (L = 0.87) เท่ากัน ด้านอาคารสถานที่และบรรยากาศภายใน ด้านการบูรณาการ ด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและค่านิยมร่วม (L = 0.82) เท่ากัน ด้านนโยบาย (L = 0.79) และด้านองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ (L = 0.78) ตามลำดับ
