Abstract

The research objectives aim to study the elements of the model for development model of production supervisor’s potential in smart electronics industries. Secondly, the research intends to create a model for development model of production supervisor’s potential in smart electronics industries. Thirdly, the researcher aims to create a manual for development model of production supervisor’s potential in smart electronics industries. The research sampling included human resources manager, production manager, and supervisors in the electronics part of factory in the central region and the eastern region of 395 people and nine experts. The research tools were including questionnaires on the model of potential development of production line supervisors in the intelligent electronics industry, as well as 5-level estimation scale with 30 items. The total confidence value is 0.97. The draft assessment form for personnel development at the production line supervisor level for electronic components factory was a 5-level estimation scale with 9 items and an evaluation form for the development of the potential of production line supervisors in the intelligent electronics industry. It is a 5-level estimation scale with 5 items. The statistics used in the research are mean, standard deviation and Exploratory Component Analysis (EFA). The research resultssuggestthe three significant findings. Firstly, they were various the elements of the model for development model of production supervisor’s potential in smart electronics industries They were nine components including the strategic management process, the elements of management skills development, the operational planning components, the competence and creativity components, the concept components and innovative skills, the achievement component, the decision analysis component, the elements of innovation transfer and the elements of creating a learning ambiance. Secondly, the development model of production supervisor’s potential in smart electronics industries. was classified into 3 categories as follows: the first category: administrative Potential consisting of the Strategic Planning and Management, management skills development and planning for potential development. The second category was Performance Competency, which was consisted of the creative leaders, AI communication and development, and strategic planning. The third category was included supervisor competencies include decision-making and ethics, job coaching and creating new learning opportunities. The third category was the expert commented that the developed model of personnel development at the production line supervisor level can be used as a guideline for 100%. The study also revealed that the development manual for the production line supervisor level developed can be used as a guideline for development and intelligent electronics industries can be able to apply the development model of the supervisor developed and operate in a concrete manner due to the specified format 96%.
