บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับทักษะของผู้บริหารในความปกติใหม่และประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา พัฒนาและตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างทักษะของผู้บริหารในความปกติใหม่ ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และศึกษาอิทธิพลทักษะของผู้บริหารในความปกติใหม่ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงสาเหตุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 240 โรงเรียน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับทักษะของผู้บริหารในความปกติใหม่และประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สร้างและวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง (SEM) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับทักษะของผู้บริหารในความปกติใหม่ โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านทักษะความยืดหยุ่นและการปรับตัว ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างทักษะของผู้บริหารในความปกติใหม่ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผล ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษามีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และทักษะของผู้บริหารในความปกติใหม่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา มีขนาดอิทธิพลรวมเท่ากับ 0.82 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยตัวแปรทักษะของผู้บริหารในความปกติใหม่ในโมเดลสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน ได้ร้อยละ 67.24
