The Development of a New Generation Research Communicator Model in the Central Region Area

Abstract
The objective of this research was aimed to develop a new generation research communicator model in the central region area. Qualitative methodology was employed to collect data using semi-structure interview. The data was collected from 4 lecturers and 95 undergraduate students and analyzed the obtained data. The results of this study revealed that the development process of a new generation communicator that passed the efficiency test consisted of 5 steps: 1) analyzing and selecting related curriculums, courses, and research projects, 2) educating and empowering through the in-class activities and experts lecturing, 3) tryout the media, 4) improving the media, and 5) disseminating the research findings to the public which caused students pride in their works and inspire of the further communication research.
