บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโมเดลนักสื่อสารงานวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ในพื้นที่ภาคกลาง โดยใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้างในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากคณาจารย์ จำนวน 4 คน และนิสิตนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ จำนวน 95 คน และดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากผลการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กระบวนการพัฒนานักสื่อสารงานวิจัยที่ได้ผ่านการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพมีทั้งสิ้น 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 คือการวิเคราะห์และคัดเลือกหลักสูตร รายวิชา และงานวิจัย ขั้นตอนที่ 2 คือการเติมความรู้และเสริมพลัง ที่มีทั้งการเติมความรู้และเสริมพลังผ่านกิจกรรมรายวิชา และการเติมความรู้และเสริมพลังโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 คือการทดลองใช้สื่อ ขั้นตอนที่ 4 คือการปรับปรุงสื่อ และขั้นตอนที่ 5 คือการเผยแพร่งานวิจัยสู่สาธารณะที่ทำให้นิสิตนักศึกษารู้สึกภาคภูมิใจในผลงานของตนเอง และเป็นแรงบันดาลใจในการสื่อสารงานวิจัยต่อไปในอนาคต
