Technology Acceptance Factors Affecting Intentions of Using Financial Transactions through an Application on Smartphone of the Baby Boomer Group: Government Savings Bank, Suphanburi Branch

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the level of technology acceptance and intentions and the technology acceptance factors that affected the intentions of using financial transactions through an application on smartphone of the baby boomer group: Government Savings Bank, Suphanburi branch. This study was quantitative research. The samples of this study were 350 baby boomer customers using non-probability sampling by purposive sampling method. A questionnaire was used the research tool. The data was analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis using the enter selection method. The results of this research indicated that the level of technology acceptance and the level of intentions overall were at a high level, and the technology acceptance factors that affected intentions of using financial transactions through an application on smartphone of the baby boomer group: Government Savings Bank, Suphanburi branch consisted of perceived ease of use, perceived trust of use and perceived self-efficacy. The results of this study can be applied to create an understanding of financial transactions through an application and appropriately develop technology operations to meet the needs of the baby boomer customers’ group in Government Savings Bank.
