Curriculum Development of Coaching Coding for Government teachers in Teachers Production for Local Development Project

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to develop the Curriculum Development of Coaching Coding for Government teachers in Teachers Production for Local Development Project. The research and development. The first step was were establishing and assessing the effectiveness of the developed curriculum and the text by 3 experts. The second step was trying out the curriculum with 25 Government teachers in Teachers Production for Local Development Project. The one group post test experiment was applied by using the research and the assessment in Codding Instructional Design. The specific purpose of
the research were 1) to establish and find the effectiveness of the Curriculum Development of Coaching Coding for Government teachers in Teachers Production for Local Development Project, and 2) to use the Curriculum Development of Coaching Coding for Government teachers in Teachers Production for Local Development Project. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The developed curriculum Statement of the problems and rationales, objectives, purposes, course description in curriculum/ period amounts, classroom activities, materials, learning sources, assessment and evaluation, text used in develop structural the Curriculum Development of Coaching Coding for Government teachers in Teachers Production for Local Development Project. The experts examined results for the curriculum and the text which for appropriateness which at was the high levels and highest levels. The Curriculum was then piloted for the future improvement. Its result was appropriateness and ready for the implementation. And 2) The curriculum implementation revealed the following results : Government teachers in Teachers Production for Local Development Project studied the Curriculum Development of Coaching Coding for Government teachers in Teachers Production for Local Development Project. The average experiment was applied by using the research and the assessment in Codding Instructional Design with a scores of 66.76, 89.01 Percentage which was higher than fore with a statistically significant difference level of .05.
