Abstract
The purpose of this research was to 1) study to components of Constructive Cultural for Small Schools in The Northeast of Thailand 2) evaluating a model Constructive Cultural for Small Schools with the empirical data. The methodology of the research has been quantitative research. the sample include 840 Teachers and administrators from small school under the office of the basic education mission in The Northeast by using stratified random sampling. A tool used for data collection was a questionnaire included five-level rating scale with a content validity between 0.60-1.00 and a reliability of 0.98. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was performed with Mplus 7.0 program.
The research found that; There were 5 components of Constructive Cultural for Small Schools in The Northeast of Thailand, 16 sub components and 43 indicators ranging from the highest factor loading to the lowest consisted 1) Creative behavior (β=0.867) 4 sub components and 13 indicators 2) Climate (β=0.863) 3 sub component and 7 indicators 3) Communication (β=0.855) 3 sub component and 7 indicators 4) Core & share value (β=0.821) 3 sub component and 7 indicators and, 5) Collaborative (β=0.761) 3 sub component and 9 indicators. Congruence of the measurement model of quality culture with the empirical data was confirmed by consistency value including Chi square = 71.870, df =55, p=0.0630, RMSEA = 0.019, SRMR =0.017, CFI = 0.999, TLI =0.997.
