A A Development of Cultural Competence Indicators of Border School Personnel In the Northeast

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) The development of cultural competence indicators of border school personnel in the Northeast. 2) Test the concordance in linear structure relationship model of cultural competence indicators of border school personnel with empirical data. The Sample Size of research is 320 school directors and teachers of border school in the Northeast. By using ratio criteria is 10:1 between sample units with number of parameters with Multi-stage Sampling. Data collection by questionnaires is 5 rating scale. Content validity of questionnaires is between 0.60 – 1.00. Reliability of questionnaires is 0.97. Data analysis by computer program. The research results were as follows:
1) Cultural Competence of border school personnel consists 4 elements, 12 sub elements and 40 indicators. Analysis result of suitability of elements in cultural competence of border school personnel is that every component is as same as criteria. 2) Analysis result of the concordance in linear structure relationship model of cultural competence indicators of border school personnel with empirical data found out that research model is concordance with empirical data (Chi-square = 46.366, df = 36,
P-Value = 0.116, RMSEA = 0.030, SRMR = 0.028, CFI = 0.994, TLI = 0.990). Development of component is concordance with border school context in Northeast.
