Announcement on Submission Guidelines, Review Procedures, and Publication Charges (Effective 2025 Onward)

The Journal of Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Social Science Research accepts research articles and academic articles throughout the year for publication in electronic format. All submitted manuscripts must first undergo an initial screening by the editorial board to determine whether the manuscript falls within the scope of the journal and whether the research methodology is appropriate and consistent with accepted research principles.

After passing the preliminary evaluation, the manuscript will be sent to three qualified reviewers from different institutions and independent of the author(s). These reviewers must possess expertise relevant to the subject matter of the manuscript. They are responsible for conducting a thorough academic evaluation of the quality, rigor, and scholarly merit of the submission. The editorial board will then compile and summarize the evaluation results from all three reviewers and notify the author(s) of the final decision, indicating whether the manuscript is accepted for publication or rejected.

For all articles published from 2025 onward, the journal will charge a publication fee of 4,000 Thai Baht per article. Authors are required to transfer the payment to Bangkok Bank under the account name Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, account number 147-1-03636-7. Proof of payment must be submitted to the journal in order for an official receipt to be issued accordingly.
