บทคัดย่อ
การมุ่งเน้นตราสินค้าเป็นแนวคิดที่บุคลากรทั่วทั้งองค์กรให้ความสนใจกับการใช้ตราสินค้าเพื่อสร้างคุณค่าต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย นำมาใช้เป็นกรอบของการศึกษาและประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการตราสินค้าขององค์กร แม้ว่ายังมีข้อถกเถียงของการให้ความหมายระดับแนวคิด ลักษณะของการมุ่งเน้นตราสินค้าอยู่บ้าง บทความนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงพัฒนาการของแนวทางศึกษาการมุ่งเน้นตราสินค้า ความแตกต่างกับความเกี่ยวข้องกับแนวคิดมุ่งเน้นตลาด ในการทบทวนวรรณกรรมด้วยวิธีเชิงบรรยายนี้ ทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจหมวดหมู่ของหัวข้อและประเด็นที่ศึกษาในงานวิจัย คือ การให้คำนิยามการมุ่งเน้นตราสินค้า กลยุทธ์แบบผสมผสาน การจัดการตราสินค้าภายใน การวัดผลการปฏิบัติงาน และการรับรู้การมุ่งเน้นตราสินค้า รวมทั้งอธิบายเปรียบเทียบถึงคุณลักษณะของแนวคิดนี้ที่พบในงานวิจัยการตลาดองค์กร ซึ่งนำไปสู่การนำเสนอทิศทางของการวิจัยการมุ่งเน้นตราสินค้าภายใต้ขอบเขตของการศึกษาเนื้อหาของแนวคิดมุ่งเน้นตราสินค้า การเข้าสู่บริบทของการศึกษา และการเลือกวิธีการวิจัย
