บทคัดย่อ
The objectives of this research is to create a questionnaire for corporate social responsibility (CSR) evaluation of Thai firms. The methodology divided into 2 steps. 1) Creating and verifying the quality of the questionnaire. The content validity and construct validity are tested by using Index of Congruence (IOC) and the reliability is test d by using Cronbach’ alpha 2) Appropriateness of application is tested by using in-depth interview CSR manager 8 firms from different business sectors.
This research has developed questionnaire for corporate social responsibility (CSR) evaluation of Thai firms. There are 47 statements which is consists of 3 dimensions.
(1) Social dimension consists of 13 statements, the results of content validity is 0.82 and construct validity is 0.63.
(2) Environmental dimension consists of 12 statements, the results of content validity is 0.79 and construct validity is 0.80.
(3) Good governance and economic dimension consists of 22 statements, the results of content validity is 0.82 and construct validity is 0.79. The total of reliability testing by Cronbach’s alpha (α) co-efficient is 0.96
According to in- depth interview, the questionnaire for corporate social responsibility evaluation of Thai firms is appropriate and practical. In addition, the questionnaire might be adjust to suit for type and size of business and CSR policy.
