บทคัดย่อ

A purpose  of  the  study  is  to  assess  public  acknowledgement, considering  H1N1 flu or Swine flu in 2011, which is distributed by Department of Disease Control. A cross-section survey, with questionnaires, is applied to sampling over 15 years old for 10,319 samples all over country. A questionnaire includes 4 sections : Section 1 – General information,  Section 2 – Information  Perception, Section 3 – Acknowledgement considering preventing H1N1 flu, and Section 4 Conducting for preventing H1N1 flu. Hierarchical regression analysis statistic is applied to analyze data.


Result found that the most popular media exposure for H1N1 flu health message is television  or cable TV,  personal media :  including health  officers,  and  people  in  community, monk, teacher, scholars, and health village  volunteer  are respectively.


The  public's knowledge  about the  prevention  of  H1N1  flu  is the symptoms  of  the disease, the spread of  the disease, and duration of  infection.


According  to preventing behavior, people realize in preventing flu  by  washing  hand  before  and  after  meals,  after  coughing,  after sneezing, after bathroom the most, spoon separation when eating with others  and  closing  mouth  with  clothes  when  coughing  or  sneezing are respectively.
