    Type of Articles

    1. A Research Article is a report of the results of a systematic study, research, or development.

    2. An Academic Article is a work of writing an interesting topic in which the author presents new knowledge by using theories, concepts, and related research results as information sources.

    3. A Review Article is an article that combines theories, concepts, and research results on many subjects, the author will synthesize the literature in order to compile it into a conclusion or argument on a particular matter, which is a review of the academic progress of that matter.

     

    Guidelines on AI-Generated Content

    IARJ acknowledges the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to generate information that can be helpful for articles submitted to the journal for prospective publication.   However, the journal also recognizes the need to ensure that AI-generated content is managed sensibly and morally.
    This policy describes the journal's guidelines for using AI-generated content in published articles.
    1. Definition of AI-generated content
    For this policy, any content created or substantially modified by an AI system is referred to as AI-generated content. This includes both content created wholly by an AI system and content authored by a human author that has undergone substantial AI system alteration.
    2. Principles
    IARJ will only publish AI-generated content that complies with the following rules:
    * The AI system that produced the content cannot be recognized as one of the authors when it is submitted for potential publication.
    * The AI system used to generate the content must be properly described in the article.
    * The human author's contribution to the content must be acknowledged.
    * The AI-generated content must be original and not plagiarized.
    * The AI-generated content must be accurate and reliable.
    * The AI-generated content must not mislead or deceive readers.
    3. Procedure
    Authors who wish to submit articles with AI-generated content must provide IARJ  with the following information:
    * A detailed description of the AI system used to generate the content.
    * A copy of the original input data used to generate the content.
    * A copy of the AI-generated content.
    * A statement acknowledging the human author's contribution to the content.
    IARJ  will evaluate the AI-generated content and decide if it is suitable for publication.
    4. Enforcement
    IARJ reserves the right to reject or retract any article (Retraction) that does not comply with this policy.

    Article Retraction Policy
    An article that has previously been published gets retracted when it is taken out of a journal. The editor and/or editorial board of the journal may decide on this. Small editorial mistakes don't lead to retractions. In this instance, an article would be updated. Retractions reveal more significant problems with a piece of writing. Retractions may occur because of
    - Errors in the research
    - Issues with the reproducibility of the research
    - Plagiarism
    - Falsification of data or results
    - Fabrication of data or results
    - Copyright infringement
    - Failure to disclose a conflict of interest
    - No institutional review board approval for research on human subjects or animals.

    Journal of Ratchasuda Institute for Research and Development of Persons with Disabilities (Former Journal of Ratchasuda College for Research and Development of Persons with Disabilities) has been founded since 2005. The aim of the Journal is to disseminate the academic and research articles in the humanities, social sciences, and other fields related to people with disabilities and disabilities as well as to be the platform for exchanging the ideas among researchers, scholars and people with disabilities in order to provide impactful research and promote the intellectual growth of disability studies and quality of life of people with disabilities in Thailand.

     The Journal has been indexed in Thai Journal Index Center (TCI) Tier 1 since 2015 and has been placed in Tier 1 effecting to 31 December 2024.

    The Journal are published twice a year in June and December. From 2005, the journal was both print publication (ISSN 1686-6959) and electronic publication (ISSN 2697-388X). However, the journal has been moving to an online-only journal since 2019 or Journal Vol. 15 No.2 (July – December 2019). Currently, the publication of Journal Vol. 19 No.2 (July – December 2023) are now available online since December 13, 2023.

    Nevertheless, there are changes in the journal in terms of name and publisher as follows;

             Journal of Humanities & Social Sciences (JHUSOC) is the academic journal of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Buriram Rajabhat University. The journal has a policy for publishing articles covering the main subject category of Social Sciences. This category includes the following three subject areas: 1) Arts and Humanities, 2) Economics, Econometrics and Finance, and 3) Social Sciences. Moreover, the manuscripts must also be under the following five sub-subject areas:  1) General Arts and Humanities, 2) Language and Linguistics, 3) General Economics, Econometrics and Finance, 4) General Social Sciences, and 5) Sociology and Political Sciences.

                    The journal is published three times a year: January-April, May-August and September-December. However, JHUSOC, with no more than two (2) issues per year, might be published as a special issue upon joining in a special academic events of national and international conferences held both in Thailand and other countries.

            All articles in this journal must be reviewed by at least three (3) external peer reviewers in the relevant fields from different institutes. More importantly, the authors' and reviewers' identities are concealed from each other (Double-blind peer review) in order to have the articles with high quality and academic standards. The articles submitted for publication in JHUSOC have not already been published elsewhere or are not under consideration by peer reviewers for publication in other journals. The authors must strictly comply with the reference system and the criteria for the publication of academic or research articles set by the journal.

            The authors who will submit their articles to be published in JHUSOC must submit the plagiarism results obtained from Akkaravisut program via the website http://plag.grad.chula.ac.th/ of which the similarity index for plagiarism check is not more than 10%. Moreover, the authors must also attach these results to the journal together with their articles.

             All messages in the articles published in JHUSOC, including illustrations, and tables, are the copyright of the journal, so the use of contents, messages or comments, pictures, and tables in a particular article in various formats for commercial purposes must have the written permission from the journal editorial board. However, the article files used for academic purposes are permitted by the journal, but the journal citation is needed. The journal contents cannot be modified. Moreover, the views, opinions, and errors that may be found in the articles published in  JHUSOC are the responsibility of the authors, and the editorial board is not responsible for these.

         Journal of Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts is a journal of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at  Udon Thani Rajabhat University. Its objective is to serve as a center and platform for disseminating research articles and academic articles. The scope covers content in the humanities, social sciences, and arts, as well as other related fields. It is published twice a year (January-June and July-December) and undergoes a quality evaluation by at least 3 qualified experts (peer reviewers) from various institutions. The process uses a double-blind peer review where the identities of both the authors and reviewers are concealed during the evaluation (Double-blinded peer review).

         As of June 6, 2024, the journal has cancelled its previous International Standard Serial Numbers (ISSN), which were ISSN 2697-5769 (Print) and ISSN 2697-5750 (Online). These have been updated to ISSN 3056-9265 (Online) in order to comply with the criteria for evaluating the quality of academic journals in the TCI database, Round 5, 2025-2029. The Journal of Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts (H.S.A. Journal) has received quality accreditation from the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI) as a journal that has passed quality certification in Tier 1 and is included in the TCI database from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2029.

Submissions may be in either Thai or English and must fall within the fields of Political Science, Public Administration, Law (with an emphasis on governance and local administration), Management, Administrative Innovation, and Technology for Local Development.

    All articles must be related to politics, governance, public administration, public policy, public sector management, local administration or local development, including contemporary issues such as local governance, digital governance, public policy, community development, administrative innovation, and GovTech.

    The journal publishes regular issues three times a year as follows:
    Issue 1: January – April
    Issue 2: May – August
    Issue 3: September – December

    Article types:
    Article types are categorized into two types: research articles and academic articles.

    We accept articles in both Thai and English.

    Article Publication Conditions

    Each article is reviewed by at least two qualified peer reviewers. Articles submitted by external authors are evaluated by one internal reviewer and one external reviewer, or by at least two external reviewers. Articles submitted by internal authors are reviewed by external experts from institutions other than the one publishing the journal. All reviewers must possess expertise relevant to the subject area, and their selection must be approved by the editorial board prior to publication. The journal employs a double-blind peer review process, in which the reviewers do not know the identities of the authors, and the authors do not know the identities of the reviewers.

    The editorial board reserves the right to withhold review of an article until it has been revised to meet the journal's requirements. The original article submitted for publication must not have been previously published in any journal or publication and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. If the article includes images or tables from other sources, the author must obtain permission from the copyright owner and provide the letter of approval to the editorial board before publication.The views and opinions expressed in the articles are those of the respective authors and do not reflect the views or responsibility of the editorial board. The Journal of Local Administration and Innovation charges a regular publication fee but does not have any additional charges.

    Journal of Management Science Review is now accepting submissions of full research papers and academic articles from both internal and external contributors. Submitted articles must be original, unpublished in any other journal, and reflect solely the views of the authors. All manuscripts must pass a plagiarism check (CopyCatch) with a similarity index not exceeding 10%.

    The journal accepts manuscripts in both Thai and English. Submissions should be within the disciplines of business administration, management, economics, accounting and finance, tourism, human resources, business computing, or other fields related to business administration.

    Article Review Criteria:

    All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by at least three experts in the field. To be accepted, a manuscript must receive favorable evaluations from at least two reviewers. The editorial board may request revisions to improve the manuscript, and reserves the right to make the final decision regarding publication.

    Scope of Publication

    Chiang Mai University Journal of Humanities, accepts articles in Thai, English, and other foreign languages. The academic scope of the journal covers topics in the fields of Religion/Theology, Language and Linguistics, Folklore, Archaeology, History, Translation, Tourism, Library and Information Science, Philosophy/Ethics, Psychology, Literature, Home and Community Studies, Tourism (related to issues or problems in the humanities), Interdisciplinary or Cross-Disciplinary Studies (related to issues or problems in the humanities), Area Studies/Community Studies, and Lanna Studies, etc.

    Types of Articles Accepted for Publication

    Chiang Mai University Journal of Humanities accepts research articles, academic articles, review articles, and book reviews, under the condition that they have not been previously published in any journal, conference proceedings, or any other publication (except for research reports and theses/dissertations), and that they are not currently under consideration for publication in another journal.

    Publication Schedule

    Chiang Mai University Journal of Humanities publishes three issues per year, as follows:

    • Issue 1: January – April
    • Issue 2: May – August
    • Issue 3: September – December

    The journal presents academic articles in the field of humanities, currently published online with ISSN: 2985-279X (Online), starting from 2009.

    Article Evaluation Policy

    Chiang Mai University Journal of Humanities follows the academic journal standards set by the Office of Higher Education Commission (OHEC) and the Thailand Research Fund (TRF) for social sciences and humanities journals. The editorial board consists of professors and doctoral-level experts with continuous research output, mostly from external institutions, with some from internal institutions. Additionally, there are experts in relevant fields (Peer Review) who are responsible for reviewing the articles. At least three experts will review each article, and the process follows a double-blind peer review system where neither the reviewers nor the authors know each other’s identities.

    Fees and Journal Operations

    Chiang Mai University Journal of Humanities has "canceled" the article submission fee for publication consideration since 2021, and does not charge any fees throughout the journal’s operation process. Authors can submit articles for publication consideration along with the form through the ThaiJO system [Chiang Mai University Journal of Humanities].

  • Journal of Politics and Governance

               The Journal of Politics and Governance (JOPAG) is a peer-reviewed publication that is open-access and issued triannually by the College of Politics and Governance, which is affiliated with Mahasarakham University in Thailand. JOPAG is dedicated to encompassing an extensive range of disciplines, including political science, public administration, international relations, and other related fields as defined by UNESCO's International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED). It is highly encouraged that authors submit articles that predominantly focus on the Indo-Pacific region. By promoting the active participation of scholars from various regions, JOPAG aims to establish an active and inclusive international forum for the dissemination of knowledge and ideas.

            The Journal of Politics and Governance, which made its print debut in 2010 and launched its online platform in 2013, had been publishing articles in both Thai and English in both print and online formats. However, starting the second issue of 2023, the journal ceased printing physical copies, making only the online version available. Furthermore, from issue 1, year 2024, the journal exclusively publishes articles in English.

    JMMS is a journal of business administration. It was published by the Faculty of Management Science, Lampang Rajabhat University. The first issue was published in 2007 using the journal-title. "Journal of the Faculty of Management Science, Lampang Rajabhat University ". In 2017, the journal was changed the journal's name "Journal of Modern Management Science" or "JMMS". JMMS consider the basic research articles to find new knowledge in business management through intensively research methodology.

    Objective
    1. To be a source of quality research articles showing academic value. Furthermore, it can be used both in theory (Theoretical Contributions) and for management (Managerial Contributions).
    2. To provide academic services for academician and societies which it can be a source of business management knowledge in various fields and for exchanging academic knowledge and experiences between academician and others.

    Scope of JMMS

    1. JMMS considers the Thai or English articles that use quantitative research or mix method.  The contents of articles are in the business administration field under the correct process of research methodology. The result leads to the creation of new knowledge that clearly describes the process or research methodology based on the theory, concepts, and literature.

                วารสารนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ได้สร้างพื้นที่ให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยน เผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการและผลงานวิจัยระหว่างนักวิชาการในด้านสหวิทยาการสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ โดยมีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งจากภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นผู้อ่านทบทวน (Peer Review) ตั้งแต่ 2 ท่านขึ้นไป ทั้งนี้กองบรรณาธิการใช้ระบบที่ผู้ประเมินและผู้เขียนบทความต่างไม่ทราบชื่อของแต่ละฝ่าย (double-blind review) บทความที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะถูกตีพิมพ์ลงในวารสาร และเผยแพร่บนระบบการจัดการวารสารไทยในระบบออนไลน์ (Thai Journals Online System (ThaiJO) ปีละ 2 ฉบับ คือ ฉบับที่ 1 มกราคม - มิถุนายน ฉบับที่ 2 กรกฎาคม - ธันวาคม เริ่มฉบับแรก เดือนมกราคม - มิถุนายน 2558 ประเภทของบทความหรือบทความที่จะได้รับพิจารณาตีพิมพ์ในวารสารโดยแบ่งเป็น 4 ประเภท ดังนี้

    1. บทความทางวิชาการโดยทั่วไปเป็นบทความทางวิชาการที่นำเสนอเนื้อหาสาระทางวิชาการที่ผ่านการวิเคราะห์และประมวลจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ประกอบด้วย ความนำ เนื้อเรื่อง ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นประเด็นหลักประเด็นรอง ประเด็นย่อย และบทสรุปความยาวไม่เกิน 20 หน้า

    2. บทความวิจัยเป็นบทความที่เกิดจากการวิจัยของผู้เขียนหรือสมาชิกร่วมในงานวิจัยนั้น ประกอบด้วย ความเป็นมาและความสำคัญของปัญหา วัตถุประสงค์ สมมุติฐานของงานวิจัย ขอบเขตที่ครอบคลุมในการวิจัยประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย (ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่าง การสุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือการวิจัย และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล) ผลการวิจัย (สรุปผลการวิจัย อภิปรายผลและข้อเสนอแนะ) ความยาวไม่เกิน 25 หน้า

    3. บทปริทัศน์หมายถึง บทความวิชาการที่เขียนขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องมีการวิพากษ์และแสดงความคิดเห็นในเชิงวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย ชื่อเรื่อง บทคัดย่อหรือเรื่องย่อ คำนำ เนื้อเรื่อง และเอกสารอ้างอิงความยาวไม่เกิน 15 หน้า

    4. บทวิจารณ์หนังสือ (Book Review)หมายถึง งานเขียนขนาดสั้นที่ทำการสรุปข้อโต้แย้งหลัก ๆ (Debates) ของหนังสือ 1 เล่ม (หรือหลายเล่มประกอบกัน) รวมถึงอาจจะมีการเสนอแนะว่าหนังสือเล่มนั้น ๆ มีจุดเด่น/จุดด้อยอย่างไรทั้งในเชิงทฤษฎี/ข้อมูล/ข้อค้นพบ และกลุ่มผู้อ่านที่น่าจะได้ประโยชน์จากหนังสือนั้น ความยาวไม่เกิน 5 หน้า

    ** บทความที่จะลงตีพิมพ์ในวารสารบริหารศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ทุกเรื่องต้องผ่านการพิจารณาเห็นชอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง บทความละ 3 ท่าน  ในรูปแบบ Double-Blind  และจะต้องเป็นบทความที่ไม่เคยได้รับการตีพิมพ์ เผยแพร่ หรืออยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาตีพิมพ์ในวารสารอื่นๆ การละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ส่งบทความโดยตรง

    ค่าธรรมเนียมการตีพิมพ์บทความ

                ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป ผู้ส่งบทความเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารบริหารศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี  จะต้องชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการตีพิมพ์ จำนวน 4,000 บาท (สี่พันบาทถ้วน) โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้

    1. ชำระเงินค่าธรรมเนียมจำนวน 1,000 บาท (หนึ่งพันบาทถ้วน) ต่อหนึ่งบทความ ภายใน 5 วันทำการ นับแต่วันที่ได้ส่งต้นฉบับต่อบรรณาธิการ

                กรณีบทความนั้นไม่ผ่านการพิจารณาคัดเลือกจากบรรณาธิการหรือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ วารสารขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินค่าธรรมเนียมดังกล่าวในทุกกรณี

    2. เมื่อบรรณาธิการคัดเลือกบทความเข้าสู่กระบวนการอ่าน ตรวจ และประเมินบทความของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Peer-review) ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง และบรรณาธิการได้ตอบรับบทความให้ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวารสารบริหารศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ผู้ส่งบทความจะต้องชำระเงินค่าธรรมเนียมตีพิมพ์เพิ่ม จำนวน 3,000 บาท (สามพันบาทถ้วน) ต่อหนึ่งบทความ ภายใน 5 วันทำการ นับตั้งแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งจากบรรณาธิการ หากไม่สามารถชำระได้ตามระยะเวลา ให้ผู้ส่งบทความยื่นคำขอขยายเวลาชำระเงินต่อบรรณาธิการ ทั้งนี้ การขอขยายเวลาชำระเงิน บรรณาธิการจะนำเสนอต่อคณบดีพิจารณาในกรณีที่มีเหตุอันจำเป็น  และขยายเวลาเพิ่มได้อีกไม่เกิน 3 วัน

    3. ให้ผู้ส่งบทความชำระเงินโดยการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ จำกัด (มหาชน) บัญชีออมทรัพย์ ชื่อบัญชี “มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี (คณะบริหารศาสตร์)” เลขที่บัญชี 869-300-131-6

    4. เมื่อผู้ส่งบทความดำเนินการโอนเงินค่าธรรมเนียมแล้ว ให้ส่งหลักฐานการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมผ่านทางระบบ ThaiJO (Add Discussion) หรือส่งทางอีเมล jmsubu@gmail.com เพื่อกองบรรณาธิการจะดำเนินการในขั้นตอนต่อไป

    บทความทุกเรื่องที่ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ได้นั้นจะต้องผ่านการพิจารณาคุณภาพใน 2 ขั้นตอน กล่าวคือ ขั้นตอนแรก เป็นการพิจารณาเบื้องต้นจากบรรณาธิการ หากได้รับความเห็นชอบจากบรรณาธิการแล้ว จะส่งไปพิจารณาในขั้นตอนที่สองโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 3 ท่าน (ต่อ 1 บทความ) ทั้งนี้ ทางวารสารฯ จะเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมการตีพิมพ์จากผู้นิพนธ์บทความซึ่งไม่สามารถเรียกเงินค่าธรรมเนียมดังกล่าวคืนไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ

    บทความที่ส่งมารับการพิจารณาเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารภาษา ศาสนา และวัฒธรรม ต้องมีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวข้องกับมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ในด้านภาษา ภาษาศาสตร์ คติชนวิทยา วรรณกรรม ปรัชญา ศาสนา วัฒนธรรม และประเด็นอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเปิดรับบทความวิจัย บทความวิชาการ และบทความปริทัศน์ รวมทั้งบทวิจารณ์หนังสือ (book review) ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ นอกจากนี้ บทความต้องไม่เคยตีพิมพ์หรืออยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารอื่น และผู้นิพนธ์บทความต้องปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์การเสนอบทความเพื่อขอรับการพิจารณาตีพิมพ์ในวารสารภาษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม อย่างเคร่งครัด รวมทั้งระบบการอ้างอิงต้องเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ของวารสารฯ

  • Journal of Language and Culture

    The Journal of Language and Culture, a biannual publication in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences, is issued in June and December by the Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia at Mahidol University. Established in 1981, the journal serves as a platform for disseminating scholarly works on language and culture, with a focus on contributing to national development and fostering international collaboration. Additionally, it aims to champion the preservation, development, and revitalization of language and culture.

    This journal invites submissions in various sub-fields, including linguistics, cultural studies, anthropology, community development, and language for communication, translation, and teaching. It particularly encourages theoretically focused analyses, applied research, and papers that present synthesized research conducted in the Asian region.

    For consideration, only original manuscripts will be reviewed, provided they have not been submitted or published elsewhere. Each manuscript undergoes a rigorous review process by three academic experts in the relevant field. Acceptance is contingent upon the approval of three referees. The Editorial Board retains the right to reject any material deemed inappropriate, make minor changes for presentation and format purposes, and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the content.

    Articles will be published in the order determined by the Editorial Board for each issue. It is important to note that any article featured in the Journal of Language and Culture represents the academic perspectives of the author(s) and should not be construed as reflective of the Editorial Board's opinions.

    กำหนดการตีพิมพ์ปี ละ 6 ฉบับ ออกราย 2 เดือน คือ

    ฉบับที่ 1 มกราคม – กุมภาพันธ์/ ฉบับที่ 2 มีนาคม – เมษายน/ฉบับที่ 3 พฤษภาคม – มิถุนายน/ฉบับที่ 4 กรกฎาคม – สิงหาคม /ฉบับที่ 5 กันยายน – ตุลาคม และ ฉบับที่ 6 พฤศจิกายน – ธันวาคม

    โดยรูปแบบผลงานที่วารสารจะรับพิจารณา มี 3 ประเภท คือ บทความวิชาการ บทความวิจัย และบทวิจารณ์หนังสือ บทความวิชาการและบทความวิจัยที่จะนำมา ตีพิมพ์วารสารมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคามจะต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบทางวิชาการ (double-blind peer review) โดยใช้ผู้พิจารณา 3 คน (Three Reviewers) ทั้งภายในและภายนอก จากหลากหลายมหาวิทยาลัย ไม่อยู่ในสถาบันเดียวกับผู้ส่งบทความ เพื่อให้วารสารมีคุณภาพในระดับมาตรฐานสากล และนำไปอ้างอิงได้ ผลงานที่ส่งมาตีพิมพ์ จะต้องมีสาระ งานทบทวนความรู้เดิมและเสนอความรู้ ใหม่ที่ทันสมัยรวมทั้งข้อคิดเห็นที่เกิดประโยชน์ต่อผู้อ่าน ผลงานไม่เคยถูกนำไปตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ใน วารสารอื่นใดมาก่อน และไม่ได้อยู่ในระหว่างการพิจารณาลงวารสารใดๆ

    Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Thonburi University วารสารมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี เริ่มดำเนินการครั้งแรกในปี 2545  ในชื่อ “วารสารเทคโนโลยีธนบุรี  Journal of Technology Thonburi” จัดทำในรูปแบบวารสารฉบับพิมพ์ (Print) (ISSN 1685-2141)

    และในปี พ.ศ. 2550  วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีธนบุรี ได้รับการปรับวิทยะฐานะเป็น มหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี วารสารก็ได้ดำเนินการเปลี่ยนชื่อ “วารสารวิชาการมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี Journal of Thonburi University” จัดทำในรูปแบบวารสารฉบับพิมพ์ (Print) (ISSN 1905-9469)   และได้เข้าสู่ศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย Thai Journal Citation Index Centre : TCI ในปี พ.ศ. 2550

    ในปี พ.ศ. 2555  วารสารได้รับการประเมินคุณภาพวารสารจาก ศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย: TCI  จัดให้อยู่ใน ในกลุ่มที่ 2 วารสารที่อยู่ระหว่างการปรับปรุงคุณภาพและอยู่ในฐานข้อมูล TCI

    ในปีพ.ศ. 2557 วารสารวิชาการมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรีได้รับการประเมินคุณภาพวารสารจาก ศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย: TCI  จัดให้อยู่ในกลุ่มที่ 1 วารสารที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพของ TCI และอยู่ในฐานข้อมูล TCI  และจะถูกคัดเลือกเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูล ASEAN Citation Index : ACI ต่อไป

    ในปี พ.ศ.2561 วารสารได้ทำการออกฉบับพิเศษ ปีที่ 12 เดือนตุลาคม 2561 (ฉบับพิเศษ) เนื่องในวโรกาสน้อมสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันสวรรคตพระบาทสมเด็จ พระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช บรมนาถบพิตร ครบรอบ 2 ปี ธ เสด็จสู่สวรรคาลัย และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการบำเพ็ญกุศลอุทิศถวาย และน้อมสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณเป็นล้นพ้นอันหาที่สุดมิได้

    ใน ปี พ.ศ. 2562 วารสารได้ทำการปรับเปลี่ยนชื่อวารสารและรูปแบบการพิมพ์วารสารใหม่ เพื่อพัฒนาให้วารสารวิชาการสามารถเป็นแหล่งเผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย และเป็นที่รู้จักต่อสาธารณชนมากยิ่งขึ้น จึงได้ปรับเปลี่ยนชื่อใหม่เป็น “Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Thonburi University วารสารมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี”  จัดทำในรูปแบบวารสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Online) ISSN : 2672-9202  เริ่มดำเนินการตั้งแต่ ปีที่ 13 ฉบับที่ 1 มกราคม – เมษายน  2562  เป็นต้นไป  โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ เป็นแหล่งเผยแพร่บทความทางวิชาการและบทความวิจัยด้านมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ในสาขาวิชาบริหารธุรกิจ คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ การท่องเที่ยว การบัญชี การศึกษา ศิลปวัฒนธรรม กฎหมายและการปกครอง ของอาจารย์ บุคลากรและนักศึกษา ทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถาบัน เป็นสื่อกลางและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นทางวิชาการ ให้เกิดความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาการและเพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพทางวิชาการของบุคลากรทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถาบัน

    และ ในปี พ.ศ. 2563 วารสารวิชาการมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี ในชื่อ วารสารมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Thonburi University ได้รับการประเมินคุณภาพวารสารจาก ศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย: TCI รอบที่ 4 พ.ศ.2563-2567 จัดให้อยู่ในกลุ่มที่ 1 วารสารที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพของ TCI และอยู่ในฐานข้อมูล TCI และสามารถส่งข้อมูลเพื่อพิจารณาเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูล ASEAN Citation Index : ACI ได้ ทั้งนี้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2563 ไปจนถึงวันที่ 31 มกราคม 2567

    Background

              The Faculty of Liberal Arts, Ubon Ratchathani University is a faculty that produces graduates in both undergraduate and graduate levels in the disciplines of humanities, social sciences, linguistics, and education. The faculty has always recognized the importance of developing and exchanging knowledge in the social and human sciences and other related fields; hence, the creation of the Journal of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Ubon Ratchathani University as a platform for academic dissemination. The first issue was published in 2004. Currently, it is issued biannually in order to disseminate academic work to the wider society.

  • Journal of MCU Peace Studies

              The Journal of MCU Peace Studies aims to support and promote faculty members, staff, students, and those who are interested, both inside and outside the university, to submit and disseminate standard research article, academic article, book review, review article, and special article to the public, as well as enhancing the academic works to receive national and international recognition. The Journal of MCU Peace Studies hopes to be a market of the body of knowledge for researching, conveying, and exchanging knowledge in various fields. The Journal opens for articles on Humanities and Social Sciences, be it Buddhism, Philosophy, Peace Studies, Sociology, Laws, Political Science, Anthropology, History, Geography, Art and Culture, Community Development, Education, Psychology, and Applied Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences. The Journal publishes 6 volumes per year.  All published articles will have passed the peer-review by at least 2 experts. The Journal accepts manuscripts in both Thai and English language.

     

    Types of Articles Published in the Journal

              1) Research Article: A paper that presents research on Buddhism, Philosophy, Peace Studies, Sociology, Laws, Political Science, Anthropology, History, Geography, Art and Culture, Community Development, Education, Psychology, and Applied Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences.

             2) Academic Article: A paper that analyzes, criticizes, or presents new concepts.

            3) Review Article and Book Review: A paper that criticizes or explains reasons to support the points which the author agrees with or has a different opinion from an academic perspective.

            4) Special Article: A paper on anniversaries or important occasions.

    Peer Review Process

            The Journal of MCU Peace Studies has a quality assessment process from experts before the publication. All published articles will have passed the double-blind peer review by at least 2 experts. A manuscript of an author from MCU will receive the peer review from outside experts, while a manuscript from outside MCU will receive the peer review from experts within MCU who have expertise or experience in that field and are not the stakeholder.

    Journal of Letters is a semi-annual acedemic journal (January-June and July-December). The journal also accepts a proposal for special issue, supplementary issue, or the collection of selected articles from high-quality conferences. However, extra issues are limited to two volumes per year. Journal of Letters publishes peer-reviewed articles in the field of Humanities and Social science. Areas of special concern include language, linguistics, literary studies, history, philosophy, religious studies, folklore, anthropology, dramatic arts, library and information science, geography, and cultural studies. The Journal seeks to promote research in the humanities by providing a forum for discussion and exchange among researchers and a channel for publicizing academic works for the benefit of the general public. Journal of Letters welcomes contributions in all relevant areas indicated above in the form of research articles, non-research academic articles, review articles, and book reviews, either in Thai or English. Submission can be made throughout the year. Articles previously published or under consideration by another journal cannot be accepted. Articles submitted will receive a double-blind review by three referees. Contributors should follow the guidelines for contributors at www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jletters.     ความเป็นมาของวารสาร

                ด้วยสถาบันเสริมศึกษาและทรัพยากรมนุษย์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เป็นสถาบันวิจัย ฝึกอบรมและให้บริการวิชาการ เพื่อตอบสนองวิสัยทัศน์และพันธกิจของสถาบันฯ กิจกรรมบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมเป็นกิจกรรมที่สำคัญอีกประการหนึ่งที่สถาบันฯ ได้ดำเนินการเป็นประจำทุกๆ ปี ขณะนี้สถาบันฯ พิจารณาแล้วเห็นว่า การจัดทำวารสารทางวิชาการ เป็นแหล่งรวบรวมผลงานทางวิชาการที่สำคัญของสถาบันฯ เนื่องจากเป็นสื่อกลางในการเผยแพร่ความรู้ ความคิดที่ได้จากการศึกษา ค้นคว้า วิจัยตลอดจนความเคลื่อนไหวในแง่มุมต่างๆ ในด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เพื่อให้เป็นหนังสือวิชาการและเปิดโอกาสให้ นิสิต นักศึกษา นักวิชาการ รวมทั้งนักบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ตลอดจนผู้สนใจทั่วไปทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ส่งบทความวิชาการและบทความวิจัยเพื่อตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวงกว้าง ทั้งเป็นการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาความรู้ทางวิชาการในสาขาการบริหารและพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ตลอดจนยกระดับให้เป็นวารสารระดับชาติ 
              สถาบันฯ จึงได้จัดทำโครงการ “โครงการจัดทำวารสารวิชาการของสถาบันเสริมศึกษาและทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (HR intelligence)” โดยได้จัดรวบรวมผลงานทางวิชาการ บทความ และบทความจากงานวิจัย ในประเด็นต่างๆ ที่น่าสนใจและ ทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคม ทั้งนี้ยังเป็นการพัฒนาและสร้างเสริมศักยภาพในเชิงวิชาการด้านการบริหารและพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ อันจะก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อประเทศชาติต่อไป

    วัตถุประสงค์

              1 เพื่อเป็นสื่อกลางสำหรับเผยแพร่ผลงานและบทความทางวิชาการให้แก่นักวิจัยของสถาบันฯ และนักวิชาการ นิสิตนักศึกษา ตลอดจนผู้สนใจทั่วไปได้เผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการ
              2 เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ผลงานวิชาการของสถาบันฯ

    The Journal of Mekong Societies is indexed by the Thai-Journal Citation Index Center (TCI), ASEAN Citation Index (ACI) and Google Scholar. It was ranked among Thailand's top five journals in the humanities by the Office of the Higher Education Commission (Thailand) in 2011, and among the first tier of journals in the humanities and social sciences by TCI from 2012 to 2024. The Journal of Mekong Societies has been accepted for inclusion in the Scopus abstract and citation database since May 6, 2020.

     

    Publishing Policy - Aims and Scope

    The Journal of Mekong Societies (JMS) is an international, double-blinded, peer-reviewed academic journal focusing on the Mekong region in Southeast Asia. JMS is published every four months as an online open access journal. The Journal publishes original and quality research articles and review articles in humanities and social sciences disciplines covering a variety of important topics in Mekong river-basin countries: society, culture, history, ethnicity, religion, language, literature, communications, information, architecture, art, environment, and development. Topics should be related to the Mekong region or its member countries, namely Cambodia, China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. JMS gives preference to manuscripts employing qualitative research methods, as these approaches offer in-depth understanding of social, cultural, and historical contexts within the Mekong region. Quantitative studies may be considered when they are clearly grounded in social-scientific interpretation and contribute to contextual or theoretical insights relevant to the region. 
     
    Articles must be written in English. Submitted manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers in the relevant fields. The Journal will not accept articles which have been published or are being considered for publication by another journal. Manuscripts submitted must conform to the JMS Author Guidelines and Publishing Ethics.
     
    Views and opinions expressed in the papers published in JMS are the sole responsibility of authors. They do not necessarily reflect opinions of the editors or the Center for Research on Plurality in the Mekong Region.

    JPSS actively encourages submissions from a diverse range of disciplines, including demography, population studies, and related fields such as health sciences, sociology, anthropology, population economics, population geography, human ecology, political science, statistics, and methodological issues. The breadth of contributions spans a wide array of topics, encompassing population and family dynamics, population aging, sexuality, gender, reproductive health, population-environment interactions, population health, migration, urbanization, labor, factors influencing and resulting from population changes, as well as the intricate social and behavioral dimensions of population.

  • Journal of Public and Private Management

    The Journal of Public and Private Management publishes peer-reviewed (double blinded) (3 reviewers) scholarly articles and book/article reviews on public-private management.  The journal is produced by the Graduate School of Public Administration, National Institute of Development Administration (GSPA-NIDA). The Journal is bi-annual (June and December) and published article in English and Thai. The Thai Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI) rank the Journal of Public and Private Management tier 2. The Journal of Public and Private Management is also listed in the ASEAN Citation Index (ACI).

  • Journal of Multidisciplinary in Social Sciences

    Journal of Multidisciplinary in Social Sciences (JMSS) is an international, peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish original articles, review articles, and book reviews within the multidisciplinary fields of social sciences. JMSS serves as a platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to disseminate their research findings and insights, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange. The journal welcomes contributions from diverse disciplines, including educational sciences, business, tourism and hospitality, management sciences, as well as other related fields such as linguistics, demographics, social and cultural studies, political sciences, law, communication arts, and economics.

    Manuscripts with research contents from multiple subject fields under the aims and scope of the journal, and/or with presentation of potential applications of the research findings will be preferably considered for peer review. This should be explicitly explained in the cover letter when submitting manuscripts for publication.

    Biography

    Change of journal title in 2019

    Journal of Multidisciplinary in Social Sciences (JMSS) was first published in 2004 under the name of SDU Research Journal Humanities and Social Sciences and continued for 14 years starting from 2004 to 2018 (ISSN-print as 1905-2847 and ISSN-online as 2408-1582). In 2019, the journal modified the aim and scope for clarification and changed the name to Journal of Multidisciplinary in Social Sciences with the new International Standard Serial Number: ISSN 2672-9806 (Print) ISSN 2673-0235 (Online) and in 2016 (Vol.16), the journal published only in online version.

    Change of submission platform

    Our Journal has changed the submission platform from ScholarOne to the new submission platform Thai ES: Thai Editorial System on 10 May 2023. However, the manuscripts that are currently being reviewed by our team will be used ScholarOne through the end of December 2023.
