Guidelines for Promoting Knowledge and Understanding of Students in the Special Program in Political Science Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to the Rights and Freedoms of the Thai People According to the Constitution B.E. 2560

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of knowledge and understanding of students in the special program in political science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to the rights and freedoms of the Thai people according to the 2017 constitution, (2) to compare the level of knowledge and understanding classified by gender, age, educational background of students in the special program in political science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to the rights and liberties of the Thai people according to the 2017 constitution, and (3) to guidelines for promoting knowledge and understanding of students in the Political Science special program, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University on the rights and liberties of the Thai people according to the 2017 constitution. The sample group was Special program student in political science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University consisted of 400 students using a simple random sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, using maximum, minimum, mean, and standard deviation. Inferential or reference statistical analysis section. The sample data was analyzed and the analysis result was referenced. The results were found that (1) Cognitive level most of them have a low level of understanding, (2) Comparison of differences between personal factors significantly influenced the students' cognitive level at the 0.05 level, and (3) Approaches to promote knowledge and understanding because most people lack knowledge and understanding of their rights and freedoms. Therefore, it was an opportunity for people who may have more knowledge and use channels to infringe on the rights of others. Rights and liberties must be included in the basic education curriculum for determining the way of life of the Thai people in the framework of a democratic society.
