Factors Within the Organization that Influence Employees Performance in The Warehouse at Lat Krabang Industrial Estate

The purpose of this research was to study the demographic factors affecting the efficiency of employees in the warehouse business in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate and internal factors influencing the efficiency of employees in the warehouse business in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate Collecting data from 300 employees in the warehouse business in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate with questionnaires that have been checked for content validity and confidence The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The hypothesis was tested by examining the difference between the mean of the 2 sample groups. The variance or comparison of the mean difference between 3 or more samples was a hypothesis test: Pearson simple product-moment correlation coefficient analysis and multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis testing results showed that Demographic factors were age, education, length of service. It affects the efficiency of employees in the warehouse in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate. In terms of internal factors that influence the efficiency of employees in the warehouse business in Lat Krabang Industrial Estate, including planning factors, organization management, Training and development, compensation management at a statistically significant level of 0.05, the influence was 62.40 percent effective.
