พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาพื้นที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 8

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหาร (2) ศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู และ (3) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาพื้นที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 8 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร และครู จำนวน 327 คนซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน และใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.861 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ พฤติกรรมผู้นำเผด็จการแบบเบ็ดเสร็จ พฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วม พฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบเผด็จการอย่างมีเมตตา และพฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบปรึกษาหารือ (2) แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของ ครูในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ด้านความสำเร็จของทำงาน ด้านลักษณะของงานที่ปฏิบัติ ด้านความก้าวหน้า และ (3) พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ด้านพฤติกรรมผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาพื้นที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 8 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนาย เท่ากับ .809 โดยเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์จากค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยของตัวแปรที่อยู่ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้
