Abstract

        Research has shown, that moral resources are necessary for existence of a social network in a greater degree, than economic. Especially it is appreciable in the social networks constructed on the basis of an ethnic group, living in a society with other culture, language, religion.The resources of such networks the major role native speakers play, religions, cultural-spiritual traditions of the given ethnos around of which there are processes of rallying in network members where also solves the problem of the deficiency of material resources in the conditions of adaptation to market relations. Strategy of such networks are directed on increase human, instead of the economic capital.
