Revision of the Number of Peer Reviewers
Starting with Volume 18, Issue 1 (January - June 2026), the Journal of Liberal Arts, Prince of Songkla University is implementing a revised peer review policy concerning the number of expert reviewers assigned to each manuscript. All submissions are now reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, replacing the previous practice of routinely having a manuscript reviewed by three reviewers. This revision follows the announcement of the OCSC Regulation on Criteria and Procedures for the Appointment of Academic Positions (No.3), B.E. 2568 (2025), and brings our journal's manuscript review policy back in line with the internationally practiced standard (Scopus, Web of Science), as well as the standard stipulated by the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI), of requiring the review of each manuscript by at least two expert reviewers in a double-blind peer review process.
