บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากลยุทธ์โลจิสติกส์ การฟื้นตัวและความร่วมมือซัพพลาย คุณภาพบริการ 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลที่กลยุทธ์โลจิสติกส์มีต่อคุณภาพบริการผ่านการฟื้นตัวและความร่วมมือซัพพลายเชน และ 3) พัฒนาแนวทางการเพิ่มคุณภาพบริการของธุรกิจพาเลทให้เช่า กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่าง 20 เท่าของค่าพารามิเตอร์และตัวแปรที่สังเกตได้ จำนวน 340 คน จากผู้ทำหน้าที่ดูแลเกี่ยวกับพาเลทเช่า ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลยุทธ์โลจิสติกส์ การฟื้นตัวและความร่วมมือซัพพลาย คุณภาพบริการ อยู่ในระดับที่สูง โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยธุรกิจพาเลทให้เช่ามีบทบาทสำคัญในระบบ โลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชนเป็นมาตฐานเดียวกันและเป็นการใช้ทรัพยากรร่วมกันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้ให้บริการควรพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลที่สามารถคาดการณ์การใช้พาเลทล่วงหน้าเพื่อลดปัญหาการขาดแคลนหรือมีปริมาณเกินจำเป็น มีศูนย์กระจายพาเลทให้ครอบคลุมและอยู่ใกล้ลูกค้าหลักเพื่อลดต้นทุนขนส่งและเพิ่มอัตราหมุนเวียนของพาเลทให้รวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น ด้วยการบูรณาการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลระหว่างผู้ให้เช่าและลูกค้าในเครือข่ายซัพพลายเชนทั้งหมดแบบเรียลไทม์ และมีการสื่อสารที่ดีระหว่างองค์กรซึ่งช่วยเสริมศักยภาพการแข่งขันของธุรกิจได้อย่างยั่งยืน
