Factors Influencing Organizational Commitment of Employees at JGJD Company Limited

Abstract
This quantitative research aimed to investigate factors influencing organizational commitment among employees at JGJD Construction Company Limited. The objectives were: (1) to compare employees’ organizational commitment based on personal factors; (2) to examine the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment; and (3) to study the effect of work motivation on organizational commitment. The sample consisted of 435 employees, and data were collected using a questionnaire. Statistical methods included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference (LSD), and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that employees' organizational commitment significantly differed by age, education level, monthly income, and work experience at the 0.05 level. Furthermore, both transformational leadership and work motivation had a statistically significant influence on employees’ organizational commitment at the 0.05 level.
