According to the Chiang Rai Provincial Statistics Office in 2018, there were 104 medium-sized hotels. The sample group of Thai tourists who visited Chiang Rai consisted of 400 people, according to the Ministry of Tourism and Sports statistics in 2020. The Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient was found between 0.97.
