การพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตของพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี เพื่อบูรณาการการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาสังคมวิถีพุทธ

บทความวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตของพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีเพื่อบูรณาการการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาสังคมวิถีพุทธ มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาความพร้อมของพระสงฆ์ในด้านการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาสังคมวิถีพุทธอย่างบูรณาการ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตของพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี 2) เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตของพระสงฆ์ สู่การบูรณาการการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาสังคมวิถีพุทธ และ 3) เพื่อเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตของพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีการวิจัยดำเนินการในรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงอนาคตโดยใช้เทคนิค EDFR และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งมีโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงและผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 20 คน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทักษะที่จำเป็นแห่งอนาคตของพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ทักษะทางสติปัญญา เช่น การคิดเชิงวิพากษ์และการแก้ปัญหา 2) ทักษะทางอารมณ์และสังคม เช่น ความร่วมมือ การปรับตัว ความเข้าใจความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม และการสื่อสาร 3) ทักษะทางเทคโนโลยีและวิทยาศาสตร์ เพื่อเผยแพร่ธรรมะผ่านสื่อออนไลน์และจัดการกิจกรรมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ 4) ทักษะเชิงความรู้ โดยมุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเพื่อพัฒนาตนเองและชุมชน
ในส่วนของการเสริมสร้างเครือข่าย พบว่าเครือข่ายจากภาครัฐ องค์กร และชุมชน มีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะทั้ง 4 ด้าน ผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมฝึกอบรม การแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และการวางแผนพัฒนากิจกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อส่งเสริมบทบาทพระสงฆ์ในการเผยแผ่พุทธศาสนาและสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับชุมชน
