Abstract

The purpose of this research article is to study the discriminatory power of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. regarding the investigator's intention to resign Under the Metropolitan Police Bureau Using quantitative research methods Data were collected using questionnaires. with a sample group of police officers in the position of investigator Under the Metropolitan Police Headquarters who were selected using a multi-stage sampling method, the total number was 504. Basic data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. and test the hypotheses with inferential statistics using canonical classification techniques. The results confirmed the main hypotheses. Especially the variable of perception of support from justice organizations. Support from supervisors Organization of the working environment and the variable job satisfaction in terms of success and warmth It is a variable that can classify the intention to resign among investigators. Under the Metropolitan Police Bureau When the linear equation was checked for accuracy using the Ordinal method and the Cross Validation method to further predict new target groups, it was found that the accuracy was 82.9 percent and 82.1 percent, respectively.
