กลยุทธ์การบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษาเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดขอนแก่น

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 328 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง 2) การสร้างกลยุทธ์ฯ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง 3) การทดลองใช้กลยุทธ์ฯ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 20 คน โดยสมัครใจ 4) การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของกลยุทธ์ฯ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 30 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมองค์ประกอบ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสม แบบทดสอบ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรม แบบสอบถามประสิทธิภาพ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบัน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 1 ด้านการนำองค์กร 2. กลยุทธ์ฯ ประกอบด้วย 1) วิสัยทัศน์ 2) พันธกิจ 3) เป้าประสงค์ 4) กลยุทธ์ ประกอบด้วย 7 กลยุทธ์หลัก 14 กลยุทธ์รอง 4) การนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติ และ 5) การควบคุมกลยุทธ์ มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. คะแนนประเมินความรู้หลังการเข้าร่วมพัฒนา สูงกว่าคะแนนประเมินความรู้ก่อนการเข้าร่วมพัฒนาระดับพฤติกรรมหลังการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนา 4. ประสิทธิภาพด้านความเหมาะสมและด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ของกลยุทธ์ฯ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และระดับความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
