FACTORS AFFECTING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR OF FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN CHONBURI PROVINCE

The objectives of this research were to (1) study the level of opinions on transformational leadership factors, organizational culture factors, quality of working life factors, and the organizational citizenship behavior of employees of a food manufacturing company in Chonburi Province, and (2) study the factors affecting the behavior of being a good member of a food manufacturing company in Chonburi Province. Data were collected using questionnaires from 333 employees of a food manufacturing company in Chonburi Province. Statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The results of the research found that the overall level of opinions on transformational leadership factors, organizational culture factors, quality of working life factors, and organizational citizenship behavior were at a high level. In addition, the results of the hypothesis testing also found that: (1) transformational leadership factors include using influence with ideology, inspiration, and stimulating the use of intelligence; (2) organizational culture factors include participation, structure and regulations, and mission; (3) quality of working life factors include adequate and fair compensation, personnel ability development, social integration, and the balance between work and personal life affects the organizational citizenship behavior of a food manufacturing company in Chonburi Province with a statistical significance of 0.05. Administrators can use the findings of this study as a model for developing membership behavior. Good behavior of employees of food production companies in Chonburi Province to continue to have good membership behavior.
