The sample group consists of OTOP products categorized under textiles and apparel, which have achieved a 5-star rating. This quantitative inquiry employs 6-point Likert scale questionnaires as its principal research tool, with a carefully selected cohort of 130 participants through a rigorous Multi-Stage Sampling technique. Data analysis is conducted applying descriptive statistics, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA).
The research findings indicate that: 1) The competencies of OTOP entrepreneurs in the textile and apparel domain are perceived with high importance, yielding a mean score of 4.73. 2) The analysis of the relationship between the competencies of OTOP entrepreneurs and community economic enhancement indicates that all six competency types—skills, knowledges, opportunities, managements, strategies, and relationships—are statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Notably, these independent variables account for approximately 51.800% of the variance in the dependent variable (R² = 0.518). 3) The findings indicate that the development of operational competencies of OTOP group members is a key factor in promoting the economic growth of the community.

And strengthening community relationships for building cooperation among OTOP members and within the community to create a social support network that strengthens and sustains the community's economy.
