Abstract

This research article aims to: 1) investigate the current conditions, expected conditions, and the necessary needs, 2) develop a curriculum for a computer graphics course, 3) study the results of the curriculum implementation, and 4) examine the students' satisfaction with learning according to the curriculum. This is a mixed-methods research. The sample group consisted of 22 instructors and 127 students from the Multimedia Technology program. A questionnaire was used to assess the current and expected conditions, with a discrimination index greater than 0.20 and a reliability coefficient of 0.98.  The study found that: 1. The overall current conditions were at a low level, while the expected conditions were at the highest level. The PNImodified for the needs assessment exceeded 0.30 for all components and indicators.  2. The results of the course evaluation by experts indicated that the curriculum was highly appropriate, receiving an excellent rating. 3.The implementation of the curriculum showed that the computer graphics course had an efficiency of 84.16/89.62. Students who studied the computer graphics course demonstrated significantly higher learning outcomes after the course than before. They achieved 84.80% in task performance skills and 88.12% in their ability to use technology to create an e-portfolio, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.   4. Students who studied the computer graphics course based on task-based learning and e-portfolio development expressed a high level of satisfaction.
