ADMINISTRATIVE MODEL FOR DEVELOPMENT MAINSTREAMING EDUCATION OF THE TEACHER IN SCHOOLS UNDER BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATION

The purposes of this research used qualitative and quantitative methods were to. The sample group consisted of 190 Special Education Teacher and 190 teachers responsible for mainstreaming classes. Research tools included questionnaires, and evaluation forms. The data were analyze by descriptive and inferential statistics : the Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Harmony of the research model (CFA), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and Analysis of influence paths (Path Analysis). The results of the research were found that 1) external factors, Internal factors and competency mainstreaming education of the teacher overall were at the high level, 2) the administrative model of the causal factor was confirmed by the empirical data, and 3) the model evaluated by the experts was appropriate and possible at the highest level. In addition, the administrative model evaluated by those involved in the use of the model was also found to be possible and useful at the highest level. The knowledge/findings of this study can be put into practice in schools for personnel development and train personnel to perform their duties effectively and for the students with special needs to gain their potential effectively.
