FACTORS AFFECTING WORK HAPPINESS OF EMPLOYEE IN BANGPA-IN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article has the objectives 1) to study factors affecting work happiness of employee in Bangpa-in Industrial Estate, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 2) to study work motivational factors of employee in Bangpa-in Industrial Estate, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province by personal factors 3) to study guidelines for motivating work affecting work happiness of employee in Bangpa-in Industrial Estate, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The study was a quantitative and qualitative research, study the concept of work motivation and concept of work happiness as a research framework. The sample group was 277 employees of an automobile parts manufacturing company in Bangpa-in Industrial Estate, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, using simple random sampling. The tool used in research was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, multiple regression analysis, t-test and one-way Anova.

The results revealed the following: 1) factors affecting work happiness were nature of work, job advancement and security, relationship with supervisors at a high level, and working environment a lower level. 2) work motivational factors by personal factors were employee in Bangpa-in Industrial Estate, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province by sex, age, status, education level, employment type and average monthly income different opinions to work happiness different, with statistical significance at 0.05 level. 3) guidelines for motivating work affecting work happiness were should encourage employees acknowledge company's work policy, should encourage employees feel that you have received an assignment that challenges your ability to work, should encourage employees believe that current job position is stable and should encourage employees receive a salary appropriate to your current position.
