Community-based tourism aims to develop communities with a rich cultural heritage that has been passed down through generations, creating a unique local way of life. "Songwad" is a commercial area along the Chao Phraya River filled with warehouses, especially known for spices. It also houses various restaurants, cafes, and art galleries, adding to the charm of the old city with its European architecture. This area has become a new creative hub in Bangkok. This study explores the factors that influence creative tourism and its impact on the economy in the Songwat area. It uses a mixed research model to collect information from business entrepreneurs, community leaders, local government officials, and tourism academics, as well as 385 tourists. The findings indicate that factors such as creating activities for tourists, preserving the area's identity, integrating communities and agencies in developing tourist attractions, community participation, and balancing the needs of tourists with the interests of attraction owners all play a role in promoting creative tourism and the economy in the Songwat area. The model for creative tourism in this area includes local identity, travel duration, tourism knowledge, and satisfaction.comprises local identity, duration of travel, knowledge of tourism, and satisfaction in the form of tourism.
