CAUSAL FACTORS OF FINANCIAL PREPAREDNESS THAT INFLUENCES PERFORMANCE ORGANIZION OF SOCIAL ENTERPRISE AND SOCIAL BUSINESS GROUP IN THAILAND

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to study the causal factors that affect the performance of social enterprises and social enterprise groups in Thailand; 2) to study the influence of the causal factors on the availability of financial resources affecting the performance of social enterprises and social enterprise groups in Thailand. 3) To create a model of the causal factors of financial readiness that affect the performance of social enterprises and social enterprise groups in Thailand. The researcher designed mixed-methods research. Including quantitative research and qualitative research, in this regard, a review of literature or theoretical concepts was carried out to create a model or conceptual framework before proceeding with data collection using a survey method and statistical analysis using structural equations (Structural Equation Model: SEM).
Results of the study 1) Level of financial literacy, leadership, and organizational structure have a positive direct influence on the financial readiness of the organization with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. Level of financial literacy, leadership, and organizational structure and financial readiness has a positive direct influence on organizational performance with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. 2) The influence of causal factors on financial readiness, affecting the performance of social enterprises and social enterprise groups in Thailand. It was found that (1) the level of financial literacy has a positive direct influence on readiness. Corporate finance has a direct influence size of 0.76; (2) financial literacy level has a direct and positive influence on the performance of the organization with a direct influence size of 0.31. (3) Leadership has a positive direct influence on the financial readiness of the organization with a direct influence size of 0.71. (4) Leadership has a positive direct influence on the organization's performance. with a direct influence size of 1.09 (5) organizational structure has a positive direct influence on the financial readiness of the organization with a direct influence size of 0.76 (6) organizational structure has a positive direct influence on operating results of the organization with a direct influence size of 1.12 (7) The financial readiness of an organization has a positive direct influence on the organization's performance. with a direct influence size of 0.84. 3) The model of causal factors of financial availability affecting the performance of social enterprises and social enterprise groups in Thailand is consistent with empirical data with x2/df = 1.425, CFI = 0.98, GFI = 0.97, AGFI = 0.90, RMSEA = 0.04
