FACTORS INFLUENCING THE DECISION TO VOTE FOR THE NAYOR OF NAKLANG MUNICIPALITY, NAKLANG DISTRICT, NONG BUA LAMPHU PROVINCE

This research explores the factors that influence the voting decisions of residents in Naklang Subdistrict Municipality, Naklang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province, during the subdistrict mayor election. The study utilizes the concept of "factors influencing voting decisions" as a research framework and employs a stratified random sampling technique to collect data from 400 respondents. The data is analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings are expected to identify the key factors that influence voting decisions, understand their relative importance, and provide recommendations for future elections.
The research results found that General information of the questionnaire found that the majority of respondents were female, aged 51 - 60 years, with an education level lower than a bachelor's degree. Has an agricultural career Have an average income of 10,000 – 20,000 baht Factors in deciding the choice of mayor Na Klang Subdistrict Municipality, Na Klang District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect was reasonable in selecting applicants. with the greatest average The results of the hypothesis testing found that the assumptions were in accordance with the assumptions that had been set. The significance level is 0.05. The knowledge gained from this research is knowing the voting results of the people in the local elections. They want to choose people who are fully equipped to help greatly in the development of the country.
