THE ADMINISTRATIVE MODEL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT SUPPORT SYSTEM IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATION

The purposes of this research used qualitative and quantitative methods were to : 1) Study factors affecting the success of student care and support systems in schools. under the jurisdiction of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, 2) Examine the consistency of the causal factor model of the student care and support system in school. under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration with empirical data, and 3) evaluate appropriateness, possibility and usefulness of the management model for developing student care and support systems in schools. The sample group consisted of 121 schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, academic year 2023. Research tools included an interview from and questionnaires. Statistics used included percentage (Percentage), mean (M), and standard deviation (SD), analysis of the Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Harmony of the research model (CFA), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and Analysis of influence paths (Path Analysis). The results of the research according to the purpose of the study were found that 1) Internal and external factors overall were at the highest level, and the success of the student support system in school. under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was also at the highest level, 2) the model of the causal factor was confirmed by the empirical data, and 3) the model of the causal factor evaluated by the experts was appropriate and possible at the highest level. In addition, the model evaluated by those involved in the use of the model was also found to be possible and useful at the highest level.
Knowledge/findings from this research will be benight for schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, administrators, teachers, and those involved in education. The results of the developed model can be put into practice in schools. to develop personnel and organizations to work efficiently and effectived for the standard quality of the students.
