THE DEVELOPMENT OF A LEARNING ACTIVITY SET FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL BY USING SIMULATION METHOD COMBINED WITH COMMUNICATIVE LANGUAGE TEACHING IN PHRANAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

The objectives of this research article are 1) to study the components and find the efficiency of a learning activity set for English speaking skills by using simulation method combined with communicative language teaching and 2) to study the results of using a learning activity set, the tools used in the research include (1) an activity set, (2) the results of comparing academic achievement before and after Using a learning activity set, it was found that the academic performance after studying was higher than before studying 2.41/7.92, The t - test value is equal to 12.54 and the Sig. value is equal to .000. 3) English speaking skill assessment test has an efficiency of E1/E2 The sample group used in the research consisted of 12 students in Prathom 6 of Wat Jomket School. Data analysis and statistics used included , standard deviation, and t-test.
The results of the research found that 1) a learning activity package for English speaking skills by using simulation method combined with communicative language teaching has 3 components as follows: (1) Manual for using the activity kit, consisting of learning content, duration, instructions for using the activity kit. and measuring and evaluating learning outcomes (2) a learning activity set for English speaking skills consists with Knowledge sheet/skills practice sheet and skill training (3) activity plans and the results of checking the efficiency of the activity set found that the activity set had an efficiency of 78.54/79.20, higher than the specified criteria of 75/75. 2) The results of using the activity set found that 2.1) the results of comparing academic achievement before and after Using a learning activity set, it was found that the academic performance after studying was higher than before studying with a statistical significance at the .05 level. 2.2) Results of the English-speaking skills after using a learning activity set, it was found that English speaking skills in every activity set was 78.54 percent and 2.3) The results of the study of learning persistence after using a learning activity set, it was found that Students' satisfaction with using a learning activity set, was at the highest level.
