The research instrument was a semi-structured interview, and the data were analyzed using content analysis with descriptive narration. The findings revealed the following: 1) The administrative approaches in the digital era comprised four main domains: academic administration, budget administration, personnel administration, and general administration. 2) The developed model for school administration in the digital era consisted of six key components: (1) principles of digital-era school administration, (2) objectives, (3) input factors, (4) the administrative process based on the PDCA cycle—Plan, Do, Check, Act, (5) expected outcomes, and (6) success factors. 3) The evaluation of the model indicated that it was highly feasible and beneficial overall.
