DEVELOP ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES ACCORDING TO IDDHIPADA IN ENHANCING ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR SCHOOL STUDENTS UNDER THE OFFICE OF SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA

The objectives of this research were; 1) to study the conditions of academic administration to promote students' entrepreneurial skills in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 2) to develop academic administration strategies based on the Iddhipada principles to promote students' entrepreneurial skills in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area. The study used mixed research methodology. Analysis framework are academic administration concept, the Iddhipada principles and students' entrepreneurial skills. The sample groups were 400 teachers in secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office by stratified random sampling, and key informants are from interviews of 5 people, and group discussions of 10 people by purposive sampling. Research instruments are questionnaires and interview forms. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNImodified index, and content analysis. The results revealed that; 1) The state of academic administration to promote students to have entrepreneurial skills in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office was found that the weak point is the terms of the development of learning media and educational technology. The strengths point is the curriculum development of educational institutions. 2) The developing academic administration strategies based on the Iddhipada principles to promote students to have entrepreneurial skills include vision, mission, goal, and 5 strategies. This study thus contributes to useful educational administors in the policy setting and planning to develop students to promote students' entrepreneurial skills. As well as being serves as a guideline for teachers in driving strategies into practice to provide maximum benefit to students.
