BANG KRATHUM NA YU : STRATEGIES FOR LIVABLE COMMUNITY AND SUSTAINABLE CREATION ENHUANCEMENT BASED ON BUDDHISM

Abstract

This research article has the objective 1) To study the general context and analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and obstacles of communities in Bang Krathum District. Phitsanulok Province. To create a livable and creative community. 2) To develop the community in Bang Krathum District Phitsanulok Province. To be a livable and creative sustainable community according to Buddhism and 3) To propose a strategy for building a livable and creative sustainable community according. To the Buddhist principles of the community in Bang Krathum District. Phitsanulok Province. Qualitative research. The concept of development has been studied as a research framework. Key informants) were a group of 40 organizations, community scholars and private networks. Purposive random sampling was used. The tool used in the research was an interview form analyze qualitative research data used to analyze the content and write a descriptive narrative.

The finding revealed that; 1) There are 4 exemplary communities that can be developed into livable and creative communities in accordance with Buddhism. Including Ban Tha Tan community Ban Sam Ruean Community Bang Krathum Community and Ban Sanam Khli West community. And the community in Bang Krathum District has the potential to be developed and strengthened into a livable and creative community. 2) Community development in Bang Krathum District Phitsanulok Province. To be a livable and creative sustainable community according to the principles of Buddhism. There are guidelines for development and creativity in various areas, namely creating communities that are good for health. Environmental aspect, social aspect, economic aspect. Using the principles of Sappaya 7 as Buddhist principles for integration. 3) 4 strategic management strategies. Is a health development strategy Environmental development strategy Social development strategy and economic development strategies. This has resulted in strengthening the community in Bang Krathum District to be a livable and creative community in a sustainable manner according to Buddhism.
