Abstract

This research aims to study the current situation and problems in learning management to promote awareness of consumer rights among second-year high school students. The research adopts a mixed methods approach, utilizing research tools such as questionnaires and interview questionnaires. The population consists of 2,254 students from large and special-sized schools in the Muang district, Phitsanulok. The sample group consists of 328 second-year students selected through targeted sampling. Data analysis includes statistical percentage analysis and content analysis.

The research findings indicate six aspects of the current situation and problems in learning management : Teacher Aspect: The majority of teachers primarily play the role of lecturers (74%), and the problem is that teachers lack the creation of a learning environment for students to experiment and practice. Student Aspect : The majority of students mainly play the role of knowledge receivers from teachers (77.7%), and the problem is that students lack motivation in learning. Content Aspect : The majority of students study consumer rights, with a high level of understanding (74.2%), but the problem is that most students have only a moderate level of knowledge about the details of the 5 consumer rights (55.48%). Learning Media Aspect : The majority of students use online media to obtain information about consumer rights (82%), and the problem is the lack of verification of the accuracy of information in the media. Learning Management Methods Aspect : The majority of students have practiced critical thinking skills to be informed consumers protecting their rights (75.3%), but the problem is the limited involvement of students in assessing learning outcomes. Measurement and Evaluation Aspect : The majority of students take post-learning tests (68.9%), and the problem is that teachers determine the format of measurement and evaluation without sufficient student involvement.
