Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the components of transformational leadership factors, innovative behaviors in the workplace, and knowledge management that lead to innovations affecting the sustainability of the Comptroller General's Department.
2) to examine the relationship between transformational leadership factors, innovative behavior in the workplace, and knowledge management and their impact on innovation, which in turn affects sustainability. 3) to investigate the influence of transformational leadership and innovation-creating behaviors in the workplace and knowledge management on the sustainability of the Comptroller General's Department. The researcher employed a Convergent Parallel Design, conducting both qualitative and quantitative research simultaneously, giving equal importance to both approaches. The research results are presented together in the interpretation section to ensure accuracy and completeness. Basic statistics, such as mean and standard deviation, were used to analyze the data. Advanced research hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and the results from both types of research were compared. It was found that the qualitative and quantitative research results were consistent. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a positive influence on government innovation at the Comptroller General's Department, particularly in stimulating innovative behavior that turns ideas into practice. Knowledge management also plays a positive role in fostering government innovation, especially in knowledge transfer and utilization. Furthermore, the Comptroller General's Department is shown to possess an organizational culture that encourages change and the development of new ideas, facilitating the creation of innovations that support the department's mission for sustainability.
