Abstract

Academic article on houses, temples, schools, their roles in promoting development rights: a case study of Wat Rai Khing community. The objective is to study the participation of homes, temples, and schools in promoting development rights and receiving benefits from people in the community. The main goal is to encourage the community to have lifelong learning. Promoting the community economy (employment) and providing care for the elderly. Consistent with the framework of the development plan in 3 areas: Quality birth living with quality and participating in national development and aging and dying with quality. In addition, operations under mechanisms and strategies play a role in promoting development rights in 5 areas: Infrastructure Environment and natural resources Economic aspects and the well-being of the people Social aspect and quality of life of the people and political and administrative aspects. There is an integrated study method, consisting of document research and interviews the focus group has representatives from their homes or communities. Local administrative organizations, temples, schools and those involved in promoting development rights in the area. Which is the key focusing on creating a community society with morality and embracing the philosophy of sufficiency economy. There are guidelines for the community in the Wat Rai Khing area to be the center for integrating various project activities of all agencies. There is a working group to drive and develop the community with the power of worship. It is the central point in coordinating operations and distribute correct information to citizens at all levels to have a sense of responsibility towards the public. Know love and unity have understanding and access to various government projects thoroughly and equally. There are activities that create jobs, careers, and create revolving income at the grassroots economy level.
