Abstract

The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the needs and requirements of the learning management competencies of science teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun, 2) to study the approaches for developing the learning management competencies of science teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun. It is an integrated research method. The concept of science learning management competency was studied as a research framework. A Study of the Necessary Needs of the Learning Management Competencies of Science Teachers The sample group consisted of 201 science teachers, selected by random stratification by school size. The research tool was an estimation questionnaire. The data were analyzed by analyzing the data using the mean. standard deviation and prioritization of needs, needs (PNImodified), step 2, a study of approaches to develop learning management competencies of science teachers. Data were obtained from interviews with 4 experts. Data were analyzed by content analysis. The  results  were  shown  that: 1)  The study of needs  index (PNI  modified) of  learning management  competency  of science  teachers  under  The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun found that the highest score of the Priority Needs Index was the science curriculum development and  the  planning  of  learning  management  aspect,  followed  by  the  Management of learning according to the concept of the nature of science. And the Child-centered learning. Respectively 2) The study of guidelines of skills competency of science teachers’ development under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun. found that the Educational Service Area Office should provide training. Workshop for development of science learning management competency. The administrators of educational institutions must encourage science teachers to participate in training and supervise and monitor science learning management. and science teachers should study from learning resources and participate in Professional Learning Community (PLC) in order to develop science teachers' learning management competencies. knowledge discovered The development of science learning management competencies It must be consistent with the self-improvement needs of science teachers. There is a group of science teachers who want to develop themselves in the same area. to develop into a learning community.
