Abstract

This research article studies the process of creating a happy MakhamTia by integrating community cooperation mechanisms action research By studying the theory of happiness and creating participation. It is a research framework. The sample used purposive selection methods. The key information provider was the Happy MakhamTia Working Group, consisting of 39 people. Three types of research tools were used: 1) Participant observation, 2) Group discussion, 3) Interviews. Data were analyzed by content analysis and writing descriptive narratives.

The results of the research found that 1) The process of creating “Makham Tia of Happiness” uses a participatory process. Cooperation between government agencies, the private sector, civil society, local leaders, Leaders Various volunteer groups, and people in the area educational institutions, mechanisms to support social mobility, design, and see common issues Makes you aware of the needs of the community who want to develop the Makham Tia community to "Community of Happiness" is jointly operated by network partners, resulting in the creation of the " Makham Tia of Happiness Working Group" of 39 people, acting as a mechanism for cooperation, working and driving the community level of Makham Tia of Happiness. 2) Driven by integrating community cooperation mechanisms. Considering community cooperation mechanisms begins with (1) searching for “unhappiness at the individual level, community level, searching for strong capital and potential in the areas (2) Finding cooperation. “Create ideas, search for ways to create happiness (3) Synthesize models for creating happiness at the community level (4) Form a community cooperation mechanism “Create Community Happiness” named the Happy Makham Tia Working Group (5) Integrate mechanisms Collaboration of communities and various sectors (6) Driving the creation of happiness at the community level through village health volunteers, waste management, community recreation areas (7) Designing the development of people's quality of life, such as the Makham Tia Club of Happiness Waste-free community constitution and coordinating budgets with relevant agencies (8) creating the Makham Tia of Happiness Model of Happiness (9) expanding the results of formal and informal areas The findings from this research are that the process of creating "happiness" is a form that is shaped by community. Until the creation of a short Makham Tia model of happiness that can be expanded to be formal and informal.
