DEVELOPMENT OF DESIRABLE DIGITAL ERA TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP COMPONENTS OF ADMINISTRATORS IN SUPHANBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

The objectives of this research were to study the components of desirable digital era transformational leadership development of the administrators in the basic education schools in Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2, to create and assess the model. The research was conducted through 3 steps: 1) studying documents and related literature, the data by theoretical content analysis And interviewing 5 savants. 2) developing dissirable an effective strategic leadership by interview the 21 savants on the administration of the basic education schools treated by the 3–round confirmatory Delphi technique. 3) assessing the components by 132 administrators in the basic education schools in Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 by collect data with were analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation
The findings:1. studying documents and interviewing 5 savants it was found that ; The desirable digital era transformational leadership components development of the administrators in the basic education schools in Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 6 components: the environment analyzing and vision setting, change management, digital era leadership skills, human relation, and organizational culture creation to future. 2. developing dissirable an effective strategic leadership by interview the 21 savants on the administration of the basic education schools in Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 5 components of ascending average by the 3–round confirmatory Delphi technique: the environment analyzing and vision setting, digital era leadership skills, human relation, organizational culture creation to future, and change management. 3. The assessment of the desirable digital era transformational leadership components development of the administrators in the basic education schools in Suphanburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 it was found that all of the components were appropriate and practical.
