Factors Affecting the Quality of Life work of Garbage Collectors in Local Administrative Organization: A Case Study of Municipalities in Phichit Province

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the quality of working life level of garbage collector. To compare personal factors with the quality of life in the work of the garbage collector. And to study problems and obstacles in the work of municipal waste collector workers in Phichit Province It is a quantitative research. Population is a group of garbage collectors who collect solid waste in houses The research instrument was a statistical questionnaire used to find frequency, percentage, mean and deviation. Testing standards, t-test and F-test, one-way variance, one-way ANOVA. The results showed that 1) the overall quality of working life of the garbage collector in the local government organization. Case studies of municipalities in Phichit Province working The picture was at a high level. 2) The results of comparing the factors showed that the waste collector with different working experience age.
