This research is research and development with the objectives to 1) study the current condition. The need for innovative leadership From related documents and research and a target group of 244 people 2) Create a model for using innovative leadership By specifying issues with needs at a higher level (X > 3.51), checking suitability and feasibility through group discussion of 11 experts. 3) Trying out the innovative leadership model. with a group of 9 people who were specifically given information. By experimenting with the format and satisfaction. 4) Evaluate the format for using innovative leadership. By 21 experts and stakeholders. Tools used include questionnaires, interviews, and evaluation forms. Statistics used in data analysis include mean, percentage, and standard deviation. and content analysis The results of the research found that 1) the current conditions and overall needs are at a high level ( = 4.81) and the leadership approach has 5 elements: 1) having an innovative vision, 2) innovative revolutionary thinking, 3) Network building and teamwork 4) Systematic strategic management 5) Strategy formulation aimed at innovation 2) Leadership style was found to be appropriate at the highest level ( = 4.51, = 0.41) and the possibility It is at the highest level ( = 4.46, = 0.42) 3) The results of the experiment using the model found that before the experiment it was at a fair level. and after the experiment, it was at a very good level Satisfaction is at the highest level ( = 4.71, = 0.47) 4) The results of the format evaluation found that it is feasible and useful. Overall it is at the highest level ( = 4.59, = 0.44).
