THE INFLUENCE OF A GROWTH MINDSET ON THE JOB SECURITY OF INDEPENDENT TOUR GUIDES AFTER THE OPENING OF THE FROM THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The objectives of this research study are: 1) To study the relationship of a Growth Mindset on the Job Security of Independent Tour Guides after the Opening of the Country from the COVID-19 Pandemic. 2) To study the Influence of a Growth Mindset on the Job Security of Independent Tour Guides after the Opening of the Country from the COVID-19 Pandemic. The sample groups used in this Research were 219 Independent Tour Guides who have professional licenses (inbound) and had a growth mindset, using the calculation method according to the formula of Cohen (1988) Cohen and others (2003). The tools used in this Research were questionnaires. The statistics used in data analysis were Statistical Package for the Social Sciences by Using descriptive statistics including frequency and percentage to analyze general data of independent tour guides. And the mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the growth mindset of independent tour guides and the data analysis of opinions on the job security of independent tour guides. And statistical analysis of correlation (Person Correlation), Multiple Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis were used to test the influence of a growth mindset on the job security of independent tour guides after Opening the country from the COVID-19 Pandemic.
According to the Research, 1)The results found that Most respondents are male, born in Generation X (born between 1965 and 1979), and have a bachelor's degree in education. Have marital status and Have a daily wage between 1,000 - 2,000 baht, have a monthly income of more than 50,000 baht and manage income by depositing money into a bank account. 2) The growth mindset that influences the job security of independent tour guides includes those who embraces challenges and learning. The growth mindset that influences the job security and economic security of independent tour guides includes the aspect of embraces challenges and learning. The growth mindset that influences the job security of independent tour guides' job continuation includes learning from mistakes and seeing failure as an opportunity for growth. The growth mindset that influences the job security and Physical and phycological well-being of independent tour guides includes the aspect of embraces challenges and learning.
