การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การปรับตัวของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน 2) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของธุรกิจ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของสภาพแวดล้อม ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินการของธุรกิจ และ 4) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การปรับตัวของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบการผสานวิธีโดยวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ทำการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้การถดถอยพหุคูณระหว่างตัวแปรต้น ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจ และปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินธุรกิจ และตัวแปรตาม ได้แก่ กลยุทธ์การปรับตัวของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 500 คน ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่มกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 21 คน นำเสนอเชิงพรรณา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพแวดล้อมของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน สภาพแวดล้อมภายใน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านภาวะผู้นำ มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานองค์การ และด้านการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี ส่วนสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านเทคโนโลยี และด้านนโยบายภาครัฐ ตามลำดับ 2) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านแรงงาน/บุคลากร ปัญหาด้านขนส่ง และ ปัญหาด้านการบริหารจัดการ ตามลำดับ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ของสภาพแวดล้อม พบว่า สภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ส่งผลต่อกลยุทธ์การปรับตัวของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน โดยสภาพแวดล้อมภายใน คือ ด้านภาวะผู้นำ ด้านการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี ส่วนสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอก คือ ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านการเมือง 4) แนวทางการพัฒนากลยุทธ์การปรับตัวของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน ได้แก่ กลยุทธ์ระดับองค์การ คือ การปรับโครงสร้างองค์กรที่มีความยืดหยุ่น การบริหารจัดการทางการเงิน การพัฒนาความยั่งยืนและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม กลยุทธ์ระดับธุรกิจ คือ การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การแข่งขัน การบริหารจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน และการปรับตัวตามนโยบายภาครัฐและกฎระเบียบ และ กลยุทธ์ระดับปฏิบัติการ คือ การพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล การนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการดำเนินงาน และการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง
