ความเป็นพลเมืองตื่นรู้ด้านสิทธิผู้บริโภคในสาระเศรษฐศาสตร์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 : สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองตื่นรู้ด้านสิทธิผู้บริโภคของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โดยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed methods) เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และแนวคำถามในการสัมภาษณ์ ประชากร คือ นักเรียนชั้นม.2 โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่และขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ ในเขตอำเภอเมือง พิษณุโลก จำนวน 2,254 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้น ม.2 จำนวน 328 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โดยใช้การคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ 6 ด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านผู้สอน ครูผู้สอนส่วนใหญ่มีบทบาทเป็นผู้บรรยายเป็นหลัก (ร้อยละ 74) ปัญหาคือ ครูขาดการสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ให้ผู้เรียนทดลองปฏิบัติจริง ด้านผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่มีบทบาทเป็นผู้รับความรู้จากครูผู้สอน (ร้อยละ 77.7) ปัญหาคือ นักเรียนขาดแรงจูงใจในการเรียนรู้ ด้านเนื้อหา ผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่เรียนเรื่องสิทธิผู้บริโภค 5 ข้อ อยู่ในระดับมาก (ร้อยละ 74.2) ปัญหาคือ ผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่ทราบรายละเอียดสิทธิผู้บริโภค 5 ข้อ ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 55.48) ด้านสื่อการเรียนรู้ ผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่ใช้สื่อออนไลน์ในการหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสิทธิผู้บริโภค (ร้อยละ 82) ปัญหาคือ ขาดการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในสื่อ ด้านวิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้ ผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่ได้ฝึกทักษะการคิดในการเป็นผู้บริโภคที่ปกป้องสิทธิของตนเอง (ร้อยละ 75.3) ปัญหาคือ ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผลการเรียนน้อย และด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่ได้ทำแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน (ร้อยละ 68.9) ปัญหาคือ ครูเป็นผู้กำหนดรูปแบบการวัดและประเมินผลโดยขาดการมีส่วนร่วมจากผู้เรียน
