การพัฒนารูปแบบเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก โดยใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ ของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้การเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะในการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกโดยใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ผ่านการสังเคราะห์แนวคิดและการประเมินความเหมาะสมจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 7 คน 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และวิธีการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะดังกล่าว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 13 คน 3) พัฒนารูปแบบเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะโดยใช้ PLC และ 4) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบดังกล่าวกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะมี 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ การออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ และจุดประสงค์ของการเรียนรู้ โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก 2) ค่าความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดอยู่ที่ด้านการออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 3) รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ เตรียมการ ปฏิบัติและเรียนรู้ และสรุปผล ทุกขั้นตอนมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก 4) ผลการใช้รูปแบบพบว่า ผู้เข้าร่วมมีความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เนื้อหา รูปแบบ และประโยชน์ของการเรียนรู้ในระดับมาก
