EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING COOPERATION BETWEEN VIETNAM AND AUSTRALIA (2009 - 2021): ACHIEVEMENTS, PROSPECTS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อชี้แจงความสำเร็จในความสัมพันธ์ทางการฑูตเวียดนาม-ออสเตรเลียในความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษาและการฝึกอบรม ในช่วง 12 ปี (2009-2021) จำนวนนักศึกษาเวียดนามในออสเตรเลียเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ นอกจากนี้ รัฐบาลออสเตรเลียและองค์กรไม่แสวงหาผลกำไรยังได้มอบทุนการศึกษามูลค่าสูงจำนวนมากให้กับนักเรียนชาวเวียดนามที่มีความสามารถดีเยี่ยมเพื่อศึกษาในหลักสูตรในประเทศออสเตรเลีย รัฐบาลเวียดนามอนุญาตให้องค์กรและกองทุนบางแห่งในออสเตรเลียเปิดระบบโรงเรียนที่เชื่อมโยงกันเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาสำหรับนักเรียนชาวเวียดนาม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในด้านการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาและอาชีวศึกษา ด้วยความทุ่มเทนี้ การศึกษาสมัยใหม่ของเวียดนามจึงมีโอกาสส่งเสริมและปรับปรุงให้ทันสมัย นอกจากนี้ ออสเตรเลียยังสามารถเสริมความแข็งแกร่งของอำนาจที่อ่อนนุ่มในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ร่วมมือด้านการศึกษาระหว่างเวียดนามและออสเตรเลียจะเพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคตเพราะความสัมพันธ์ทวิภาคีการอัพเกรดให้ความร่วมมือเชิงกลยุทธ์ตั้งแต่ 2018
